Designed especially for the creative community, Victory Arts Center consists of 46 spacious loft apartments and artist’ studios. Built in 1909 the Gothic Revival style structure housed Our Lady of Victory Academy, a day school for young women and girls. It also served as a convent for the Sisters. In the 1980’s when upkeep of the convent became too difficult for the elderly nuns, it came to be renovated in 2002 after being spared the wrecking ball by Historic Landmarks Inc.

The building has high ceilings, period light fixtures, hardwood , terrazzo or stained concrete floors, extraordinary natural light, exterior courtyards and decks, fabulous treetop views of downtown Fort Worth, an oversized elevator, and a loading dock.

Artists’ can show, teach , work or live out of their studios. The center has photographers, dancers, fine artists , writers and all manner of creative individuals that make up it’s creative community.
