There are not enough words to thank everyone involved in the DOGSCAPES opening! And that includes everyone who came to have fun as well as work.

The weather was spectacular - a gorgeous evening.

Congratulations to Lynn & Michael Anderson (from Seattle ,Washington) on their purchase of the STELLA monoprint and Pennie Wardlow(from Arroyo Seco, New Mexico) on her purchase of STELLA'S SUNSET, and Karla & Roy Morreira (from Chugiak, Alaska!) on their purchase of BRUTUS GOES to the GORGE. And a big thanks to everyone who purchased the little hand painted dog plates as all the proceeds went to The Four Corners Animal Rescue League.

And to everyone who is has expressed an interest in a commission portrait-get going on those photos! I'm ready whenever you are!

That just about puts us well into Fall, and it puts me on the move for the winter. As of October 28th , I will be in the beautiful hill country of Hunt, Texas - right through Spring. There might be a brief down time while I get my web site back up and running in my studio in Texas, but it should be only a day or two. Hunt is just between Austin and San Antonio. So if your travels take you through Texas , stop by and see what I'm working on!

Enjoy the snapshots of the opening and drop me an e-mail soon.

To share my experience as a working artist, twice a month I post new dairy entries and snapshots. It’s a chronicle of professional and personal events, opinions on art and life.
